Hi, I'm Alba Porras!

I'm a passionate yoga teacher, meditation coach, and facilitator of movement and mindfulness. I have more than a decade of experience in guiding individuals toward holistic wellness.   I offer various yoga modalities, including Aerial Yoga, Somatic Yoga,  Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Wall. I have facilitated workshops on health and wellness topics and co-led wellness retreats across the United States and Asia. I'm dedicated to creating safe and inclusive spaces for individuals to explore mind-body connections. My mission is to empower others to cultivate balance, resilience, and inner peace through the practices of yoga, conscious movement, meditation and mindfulness.
